Its location close to Iv Centenario Square was good and magnificent. Plus, it was close to Extra supermarket and the cathedral. The service was great, the breakfast was satisfactory.

this hotel was convenient, with good service and favourable location in the area that included breakfast in the rate. the breakfast was good with a wide range of food, everybody can choose. the staff was very amiable and the views were great. location: the property was short walk to the restaurant, and an international mall which was simply another mall.

Felt relaxed, no complaints at all.

The hotel was good, clean and the staff friendly. We were only there overnight for an early flight the next day, We couldn't find anywhere outside the hotel to eat but their restaurant was good.

The downside is there is no wireless internet access in the rooms, and the shuttle to and from the hotel to airport only runs every hour. The hotel did not respond to emails about the shuttle serve so we had no idea where it left from, how often it ran and cost. Also internet at the Ibis next door is free but you have to pay for it when you stay the Mercure which seems very strange.

An excellent solution to bridge connections to/from Guarulhos international airport.

Modern and spacious room with kitchenette and separate living area. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. Convenient shuttle service to the airport. The rooftop pool offered great views of the city. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay near the airport.

We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the high level of service provided by the staff. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were a great bonus. The breakfast offered a good variety and quality for the price. We found the location to be quite close to the airport, making it convenient for our stay. the hotel provided excellent value for the money.
